We’ve put out 22 issues of the Demographic Winter Report, starting on April 16, 2024.
The response has been underwhelming.
It’s true, most of you didn’t ask to receive this modest offering. It was sent to certain key leaders of the pro-family/conservative movements, on the assumption that they’d want more information on what I like to refer to as the plague of the 21st century.
There’s a comet heading for the earth whose impact is all but certain.
Rapidly falling fertility will inevitably lead to worldwide population decline starting sometime in the next decade. It will be the first time since the Black Plague of the 14th century that the earth’s population has declined.
The consequences will be catastrophic.
Most of us will live in rapidly aging societies. We’ll have resources without the people to develop them or to do the necessary jobs to keep society functioning. Elon Musk calls it the end of civilization.
After 22 issues and very little response, I’m forced to ask: Is it worth continuing?
